I think a lot of people have come to terms that their resolutions might fail, haha.
I saw your post! Have you ever considered audiobooks?
I know a lot of people are against it, but it has been a life changer for me.
I have this app (Storytel), pay about 20 euros a month and can listen to an unlimited amount of books. They do have a lot of ebooks too.
When I get into a story, I really need to be able to get into it, which means I can’t do it when I’m doing something else, as I won’t be able to pay as much attention to it as I’d like. And, if I’m not doing anything, then I get distracted as I’m not doing anything but sitting and listening. Stories just work better as a book I can hold, or an ereader I can hold/screen I can look at.
Lol, we’re on a common theme today!
