Hehehe. Christmas is when sometimes I overeat (unintentionally). Yesterday, at Thanksgiving dinner, some people were boasting about wearing pajama pants/other stretchy pants in preparation to overeat. It boggles my mind a bit. It’s not like you’re starving every other day of the year… So much leftovers, too!
If you can freeze or give away the left overs, it is ok. But purposely making too much…
But I think overeating is part of the tradition and eating during such festivities is probably weird for most.

Unfortunately medication does do that. And this festive season certainly isn’t helping staying off the candy. I know that all too well 😅
