My first thought was – TIRAMISU! – but then I realized it probably wasn’t as they usually come in rectangular pieces.

Tiramisu is possibly my favorite desert.
It is kinda fresh.
And also one of the easiest desert to make, since it requires no baking. But….. I have not been able to find lady fingers here in Denmark 😑

Lady fingers ARE difficult to find. I haven’t looked for them but they have not popped at me at a local store. Funnily enough, I was exiting a store the other day when someone was asking the cashier about them. She had no idea what those even were -.- I’ve seen it made without them but it makes a world of difference.
